Through counselling I help adults and young people in the Walsall and Willenhall area with a range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and stress. I will work with you in the safety of the therapy room at a pace that's right for you, where you can talk about your emotions and feelings to find a way forward. Above all I won't judge or criticise, and through counselling we will work through the difficulties you are experiencing.
