A Lifeline Personal Alarm is a quick and simple way of getting help at the press of a button if you have an accident or emergency in your home. You may be unable to get to the phone, for instance after falling or because you feel ill. We provide a 24-hour, 365-day monitoring service giving you the freedom to live your life independently knowing that you can obtain assistance when you need it.

Lifeline can be installed simply and quickly into your home. All we need is a telephone line and a nearby electrical socket.

  1. Press the button – simply press the button on your pendant or base unit when you need help
  2. Speak to staff – talk to our helpful operator through the speaker in the base unit. If they can’t hear you they will get the appropriate help
  3. Help is on its way – we will contact your nominated key holder (relative, friend, neighbour) or the emergency services.
