We offer a Managed Direct Payment service which allows you to retain full choice and control in your support/care but relieves you of the tasks involved in its day to day management.
We do this through opening an individual bank account on your behalf which provides you with a safe and open way of monitoring how your DP is managed.
What we will do as your support broker?
- Help you to think about, plan and organise support/care that is tailored just for you by talking with you at an arranged personal visit.
- Help you by fully managing your DP, ensuring that all providers are promptly and properly paid so you do not have to worry about overspending or keeping the financial recrods to support your DP spend.
- Act as your agent if you employ staff, advise you on being a good employer, manage the complete payroll function and only pay your staff when you have authorised their timesheets.
