Walsall Talking Therapy Service supports individuals with a Walsall GP, aged 17 years or over, who are experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, low mood, panic or phobias.
The online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program offers support for a wide range of difficulties, and can be done from an internet connected device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computer. If on sign-up someone is experiencing a common mental health difficulty they are assigned a practitioner who is trained in CBT to support and provide guidance throughout the course.
The online CBT offers support for difficulties including:
- Anxiety (e.g. panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, worries, social anxiety)
- Positive Body Image
- Long-term health conditions
- Money worries
