Memory Club-Caldmore

MEMORY CLUB:

The aim of the Memory Club is to provide a social platform for people with varying forms of memory loss, their family & carer to support each other better whilst taking part in various stimulating activities. It is also a place where others can drop by and learn information about dementia and how to help reduce the risk of developing dementia by being active and healthy eating.

A diagnosis of dementia/memory problem is not necessary for individuals to attend the club  and it’s FREE to attend along with FREE refreshments.

Activities on offer: Gentle gardening , Art therapy,  Card games, Memory box therapy,  Jigsaws, Crafts, Water painting and much more. Also, information on five ways to wellbeing and healthy body- healthy mind.
