Home and Community Support

You might call it buddying, domiciliary care or getting a personal assistant. We call it offering the kind of support that keeps families together and allows children and young adults with disabilities or complex needs to live life as independently as possible.

Hub Support provides consistent and flexible staff who can work in any setting and at any time to suit your needs. This could be a buddy to go along with you to a concert, a new group or a weekend away. It could mean helping you to go swimming or use public transport. Or, for parents or families, it could just mean giving you the time and space to visit a friend, do the weekly shopping, have an evening out, or even just do nothing at all.

Our teams are there to respond in a crisis and provide planned and emergency support, with the assurance that they are working on
improving skills and building resilience at all times.

Our community based home support services are a registered provision regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Progress are a preferred provider for several local authorities across the Midlands region.

These services include:

 Support in the Home

Sitting Service

Holiday Support

Community Support

Activity Support

Developing Independence

We create a bespoke package to meet your family’s requirements and alleviate the frequent strains and stresses you can experience, allowing you and your family to concentrate on enjoying your lives. Our home support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so there are no time restrictions and the service can be as adaptable as you need it to be.

Progress are dedicated to inspiring and empowering people to achieve great things including helping young people to find employment, training or provide the required support to develop their skill set. There is also the opportunity to access the community clubs and activities we offer on a regular basis.
